www.aeliaselection.com is operated by Aelia Selection LTD. Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM. Merchandise is sold by Aelia Selection LTD (the "Seller") and shipped from the designer's production facility located in Athens, GREECE.
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Neither Aelia Selection nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Aelia Selection shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content. "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this site. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed content is prohibited. Copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing content for your own personal use.
Purchases, Payments, Retention of title
In order to make purchases on the Site you (the "Buyer") will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The site is available only to individuals and entities who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by an acceptable organization and who have authorized Aelia Selection to process a charge on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit unless otherwise agreed. In addition, Aelia Selection reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Title to the Goods shall remain vested in the Seller and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full and received by the Seller.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Online payments will be processed directly by Stripe payments platform or PayPal using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. Aelia Selection does not have access to your credit card details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of taxes (where applicable) at the relevant rate.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or location, that the item ordered is out of stock.
We accept major credit/debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly stated on the Site. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Aelia Selection, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Shipping policy
Aelia Selection offers products for sale that are in stock and available for wordwide dispatch within 2-4 days from the designer's production facility. Occasionally however, certain items may not be readily available. If you have placed an order for such an item, you will be notified by email with an estimated date of dispatch. Please keep in mind that although we make considerable effort to keep the site up to date, certain items may not be identical to the images shown, since all merchandise is hand crafted.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Aelia Selection is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Standard delivery method is registered priority mail.
Security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, the site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Goods are being sold “as is,” and the Seller disclaims all warranties of quality, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that it has not been induced by any statements or representations of any person with respect to the quality or condition of the Goods and that no such statements or representations have been made. The Buyer acknowledges that it has relied solely on the investigations, examinations, and inspections as the Buyer has chosen to make and that the Seller has afforded the Buyer the opportunity for full and complete investigations, examinations, and inspections.
Limitation of Liability.
The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether the Seller has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will the Seller’s liability exceed the price the Buyer paid to the Seller for the specific Goods provided by the Seller giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
Cancellation/Withdrawal of contract - Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must provide formal written notice of cancellation by email to: aeliaselection@gmail.com. For cancelled orders, we will issue you with a full refund including shipping cost.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any of the goods supplied. We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall return cancelled orders to: Aelia Selection, 14 Sfakion street, Piraeus 18534, GREECE, without undue delay. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
Defective/Faulty items

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be interpreted in accordance with the English courts. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
